KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Firstly, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. This will include administrative tasks such as answering phones, invoicing and scheduling. You will also support the senior management team with some consultancy administration such as preparing reports, for which full training and support will be provided.

Secondly, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our odour laboratory. This will include selecting and scheduling panel members for work, scheduling jobs and producing quotations. You will also operate some laboratory equipment and compile corresponding files and reports. Again, we will provide you with full training and support.
