Technical Manager

His friendly, down-to-earth approach combined with his excellent technical knowledge makes him the first port of call for many of our customers. He has a wealth of experience in on-site sampling as a trained odour assessor, covering all types of odour emission sources. In addition, James is a UKAS-accredited olfactometer operator.

Within his role as Technical Manager, James manages the smooth day to day running of our business and ensures we deliver a first-class service. He oversees and delivers a business process framework which enables us to deliver technically-sound calibrations and tests for our customers. In turn, this ensures we can meet the UKAS requirements of ISO17025. James is also exacting in his approach to rigorous and well-designed sampling and testing methodology, in line with the European Standard BSEN13725:2003.

Furthermore, James acts as an expert speaker at the Odour Study Day. This one-day CPD certified course is endorsed by IAQM and CIWEM accredited.
