The conference was well attended

On 20th October, the Silsoe Odours team exhibited at the Practical Experiences of Odour Management conference in Leeds.

The event offered an excellent chance to meet with professionals involved with odour measurement and management face-to-face. The team particularly enjoyed putting faces to names of contacts made during the pandemic.

There was a fantastic lineup of speakers and an interesting panel debate chaired by Rowland Minall from AquaEnviro, the event organisers.

Conference visitors tested their noses on the Silsoe Odours ‘Sniff Box’

Robert is Director of Silsoe Odours and a renowned odour specialist, known for his expertise in all aspects of odour management. He founded Silsoe Odours in 2005 and has been a UK member of the UK CEN working group developing BSEN13725 since 1995.

JAMES SNEATH

James is the first port of call for many of our clients. He has a wealth of experience in on-site sampling, covering all types of odour emission sources. James also supports our odour laboratory and ensures we deliver technically sound odour sampling, testing and analysis, in line with UKAS 13725:2022.

Dhruv has recently joined the Silsoe Odours team as Air Quality Consultant. He conducts UKAS-accredited odour sampling and testing and will be at the forefront of our team, so you are likely to work closely with him. Dhruv also has a background in noise and dust consulting.
